Does the gift recipient need an account?+
They sign in (or make a free account) to redeem — the gift lands on their account and they can start creating.
Can I send a printed card by mail?+
Not yet — for now we send a digital code you can forward, or write inside your own card. Printed cards are on the way.
What if the recipient already has a Lumora subscription?+
Your gift adds credit to their account — extending their subscription, or sitting as a balance they spend on hardcovers.
Can I gift this anonymously?+
Yes, leave the from-name blank and we'll just say it's 'from a friend who knows them well.'
Is there an expiration?+
Gift codes are good for a year from purchase. A gifted month activates the moment they redeem.
